Pilates is a very precise and intelligent method of movement. This method of exercise is a total body programme that conditions both body and mind. It consists of a series of conditioning, strengthening, stretching and lengthening exercises that build core strength and lean appearance.
We all have good intentions when it comes to health and fitness but some days we need a little extra motivation.

In my classes I always offer optional levels of difficulty, so if you are a beginner or a seasoned pilates-goer, you will benefit.
My private sessions are always tailor-made to the individual. First of all I sit down with you and discuss your goals and we then agree a plan of action. It is as simple as that!
