Class Descriptions:

Pilates: Pilates is a form of exercise that improves the body’s core strength, mobilisation and flexibility. Suitable for all levels of fitness and all ages.

Ballates: Ballates uses the Barre and traditional ballet movements to help strengthen and tone the legs and bum. It helps to improve the body’s core strength, mobilisation and flexibility. Suitable for all levels of fitness and all ages.

In my private sessions I offer a range of tailor-made programmes depending on your goals.

If there are more than one person for a private session then my ‘per person’ fee is reduced. Please contact me for more details.
Depending on where I need to travel to, there may also be a small additional travel cost.
These prices are based on payment at the start of the series of sessions. I am sorry but I cannot offer refunds if you cannot attend all of your sessions.
